The centrifugal water chiller is cooled by the freon refrigerant evaporating in the evaporator and absorbing the heat of the refrigerant water. The freon wet vapor after evaporating and absorbing heat is compressed into high temperature and high pressure gas by the compressor, and it becomes liquid after being condensed by the water-cooled condenser. Throttled by the expansion valve enters the evaporator for recirculation. So as to prepare 7 -12 ℃ chilled water for air conditioning at the end of the air conditioner.
Advantages:
1. The impeller speed is high, the gas transmission is large, and the single machine capacity is large
2. Few wearing parts, reliable work, compact structure, stable operation, low vibration and low noise
3, the weight index per unit cooling capacity is small
4. There is no lubricating oil mixed in the refrigerant, and the heat transfer performance of the evaporator and condenser is good
5. High EER value, steplessly adjustable within 10%~100%
Disadvantages:
1. The single-stage compressor will appear "surging" at low load, and run smoothly at full load
2. Strict requirements on material strength, processing accuracy and manufacturing quality
3. When the operating conditions deviate from the design conditions, the efficiency drops faster, and the cooling capacity decreases faster than the piston type as the evaporation temperature decreases.
